Circuit Pop: Delete your data

To ask us to delete your data: email [email protected] with the subject "Circuit Pop data deletion". If you can, include the player code shown in the game's "Send feedback" email (Settings → Send feedback) so we can find your records. We delete them within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase): gameplay events, crash details, device model and app version, tied to a random app ID. Deleted on request. Otherwise Google deletes them automatically (analytics within 14 months, crash reports within 90 days).
- Notification token: turning notifications off in the game's Settings deletes it straight away.
- Feedback emails you sent us: deleted on request.
Data you can delete yourself, at any time
- Game progress on your phone: uninstall the app, or Android Settings → Apps → Circuit Pop → Storage → Clear data.
- Cloud save copy (Google Play Games): Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Circuit Pop → Delete hidden app data. Or delete your Play Games data in the Google Play Games settings.
- Cloud save copy (iCloud, iPhone): Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage (or Manage Account Storage) → Circuit Pop → Delete Data.
- Transfer codes ("Move to another phone"): deleted from our server as soon as the code is used, or after 24 hours.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and see myadcenter.google.com.
What we keep
Nothing. We don't keep any of your data after a deletion request. Purchase records are held by Google Play, not by us.
